You also need to think of a way that can prevent the bat’s mess to scatter around the house. You need a vacuum, a bucket, and a hoist mechanism if the bat’s nest in the chimney. The vacuum cleaner is used to clean the contaminated air and dust. The bucket is for the liquid bat discharges. And the lift mechanism is to transport the bucket from the roof to the ground. If building the hoist mechanism is too complicated, you can use a simple ladder instead. But it will be tiring to climb the ladder back and forth to bring down the bucket.
